The Hub offers a versatile space for dining and networking. With multiple food stations serving a wide range of sustainable dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, delegates can quickly select their preferred meal and enjoy it in the revamped dining area, featuring new furniture, tables, and décor for a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Breakfast is available for hotel guests and dinner bookings can be made at reception for The Hub when checking in.

Eat & Drink During Your Stay at Kents Hill Park
Utilising local produce, we are able to offer a variety of modern dishes served at a time to suit you and affording facilitators and trainers the comfort of knowing that they are not restricted to set times for dining.
In the morning, guests can choose from a continental breakfast selection to the more traditional full English breakfast experience. We also welcome you to make use of our wide breakfast selection on offer including cereals, porridge, fresh fruit, yoghurts, muffins and so much more. Perfect for keeping our conferencing guests powered throughout their stay.
At lunchtime, Kents Hill Park offers a three-course, self-service meal with a selection of hot, cold, and vegetarian choices. Cordials, teas and coffees are also available as part of your package.
In the evening, meeting and conferencing guests can wind down over dinner with a choice of a three-course meal with self-service and a selection of wines from around the world.

To support our Net Zero targets, since 2022, ‘Menus for change’ has shown our carbon footprint and sourcing information. To help us achieve this we carbon label our food to help raise awareness of how our eating habits affect the climate and empower everyone to make more informed food choices.
Eco-Conscious Dining at Kents Hill Park
Kents Hill Park is part of The Venues Collection, a group of event venues and hotels that pride themselves on comfortable stays, fairly priced accommodation for leisure and corporate stays, and excellent events.

All of our food and drink at Kents Hill Park is carefully considered from supply chain through to your dining experience. Our menus focus on improving our impact on the environment, our health, animal welfare and being able to support local communities. Our aims are:
- We aim to source meat and chicken from Red Tractor assured origins.
- 80% of our ingredients will be from British grown sources, focusing on seasonal produce in each menu
- We will report monthly on our Restaurant, Bar & Lounge C02 emissions, to create an offsetting action plan to reduce our Co2 emissions by 0.5kg per meal served
- We offer plant-forward menus. 50% of our menus will be plant-forward with a great choice of alternative protein sources
- By the end of 2023, all menus will show the carbon footprint of each dish including sourcing information
- We will continue to use our ‘Menus for Change’ initiative for a range of events to assist our Net Zero commitments.

Yes, many of our recipes are Gluten Free, marked with a GF. We also have a number of dishes that are marked as GFA which means they can be made Gluten Free on request.
